- 3 cups baby spinach
- Regular Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Cup chopped peanuts
- Fish sauce
RECIPE
– If you’re serving this with rice, start the rice first. curry paste already produced. You can roast ginger, shallots, and garlic. Your chile peppers need water. Blend everything together in a food processor with some herbs, spices, and cilantro.
